After School Care - Apex Campus

TMSA Triangle will offer After-School Care starting from Monday, August 26, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year.


Here's what you need to know about the program, registration, and payment:


Program Details:

  • After-School Care will be available Monday through Friday, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on regular school days. Please refer to our school calendar for any early release days, as After-School Care will not be available on those days.

Registration and Cost:

  • The program is open to all TMSA Triangle 7-12 and TMSA Apex 7th Grade parents who register and make the necessary payment for the program. To register, please click HERE.
  • The program fee is $300 per month. Please note that there is a $50 fine for late payments.
  • The payment includes 5 days per week and will be prorated based on the number of weeks school is in session each month. For August 2024, the prorated fee is $75.
  • The fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted based on the days you plan to attend. 
  • Each payment is due monthly and for one student only.  

How to Pay:

  • K12 Payment System (you can pay as guest, you do not need to sign up)
  • Please select North Carolina as your state and Triangle Math and Science Academy as your district. DO NOT select The Math and Science Academy of Apex.
  • After logging in,  please select AfterSchool Care for August, 2024 to make your first payment.

Attendance Notifications:

  • If your child will not be attending the program on any specific day, please inform us before 12:30 pm on the same day. You can do this by emailing Ms. Heather at [email protected] and Mr. Iyigun at [email protected]. 

Withdrawal from After-School Care Program:

  • If you no longer wish to utilize our after-care program, kindly inform us in writing at least 30 days in advance to remove your student from the roster.
  • Late notifications will require making the full payment for the upcoming month.

Pickup Procedure:

  • Only Parents/guardians can pick up students. They will use high school carpool lane.
  • Students must be picked up by 6 pm. All student must be picked up until 6:10 pm at the latest.
